27 g of protein. Without the extra calories.
Protein is the nutrient many vegetarian Indian diets fall short on. Here's how much you'd need to eat to get the same amount from food, and why the calories matter.
One scoop covers about half of it, so your regular dal-roti-sabzi only has to do the rest.

Same 27 g of protein in every card. The difference is how many calories come along with it.
What is "protein per 100 calories"?
It tells you how much of what you eat is actually protein. Take any food, count 100 calories of it, and check how many grams of protein you got. The higher the number, the more protein you get for fewer calories.
Why it matters: a dessert-tasting shake usually means sugar and calories. Here, three-quarters of the calories are protein, and there's no added sugar.
1Based on the ICMR-NIN (2020) recommended intake of 0.83 g protein per kg body weight for healthy adults. Food values are approximate, from Indian Food Composition Tables (IFCT 2017), and exclude oil, ghee or sugar added while cooking.

The flavour you grew up on. The protein you need now.
Most plant proteins ask you to survive them: chalky, gritty, rescued with spoons of sugar. This one doesn't need rescuing.
Malai Kulfi is built the way kulfi itself is built. Creamy first, lightly sweet second, with the malai note on top instead of a sugar rush. No added sugar, no artificial colour, and no sweet film left behind.
Dal and rice. A complete protein.
Moong dal is rich in lysine. Brown rice supplies the methionine moong lacks. In the right ratio they cover all nine essential amino acids your body can't make on its own. That's what "complete protein" actually means.

Built to be absorbed, not just swallowed
Heavy, gassy, bloated: the usual protein shake complaints. Three things in this scoop are there to keep it light.

Digestive enzymes help break protein down for easier digestion.

Ginger and saunf, the pairing Indian kitchens have long reached for after a meal.

Added to support absorption of the nutrients in every scoop.
Protein, plus six nutrients an Indian plate often misses
%RDA as per ICMR guidelines. Vegetarian, dairy-light diets tend to run short on the same things. Instead of asking you to buy three more bottles, we put them in the scoop you're already taking.
Supports normal bones and muscles. About what two glasses of milk give you, without the lactose.
Magnesium bound to glycine, a form chosen for being gentle on the stomach.
Supports normal immune function and protein metabolism.
A nutrient vegetarian diets often fall short on. Supports normal energy metabolism.
The MK-7 form of vitamin K2, added alongside calcium.
Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.
Why Malai Kulfi and not the usual shake
A fair side-by-side with the most common options in India.
| Feature | Malai Kulfi | Whey protein | Typical plant blends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Made from foods Indians already eat | Milk derivative | Often pea or soy | |
| Lactose-free | Concentrates contain lactose | ||
| Zero added sugar | Varies | Varies | |
| Digestive enzymes, ginger & fennel | Rarely | Sometimes enzymes only | |
| Added calcium, zinc, B12 & K2 | Rarely | Rarely | |
| Indian dessert flavour | Mostly chocolate & vanilla | Mostly chocolate & vanilla | |
| Complete amino acid profile | Depends on the blend |
What else is in the scoop: inulin and glucomannan (konjac fibre) for fibre and a creamier feel, MCT for texture, nature-identical malai kulfi flavour, a pinch of salt, and steviol glycosides (from stevia) to sweeten, along with the actives above. That's the full list, exactly as on the label.

Before you buy
Does it actually taste like malai kulfi?
Creamy first, lightly sweet second, with the malai note on top. It's closer to real kulfi than to a "dessert-flavoured" powder, and there's no added sugar, so it doesn't leave a sweet film behind.
Is it chalky or gritty?
No. It's made with moong protein isolate and brown rice protein, with MCT and inulin for body. Shake or stir it into 300 ml water and it's smooth.
Will it make me feel bloated?
Bloating from protein usually comes from lactose or protein that isn't fully broken down. There's no lactose here, and the formula includes a digestive enzyme blend with ginger and fennel extract to keep it light.
Does it contain sugar?
No. Each serve has 0 g total sugar and 0 g added sugar, with 3 g carbohydrate (2.4 g of it fibre). It's sweetened with steviol glycosides. If you're managing diabetes, check with your doctor before adding any supplement.
How much protein do I actually get?
27 g per 40 g scoop (54% of your daily requirement), including 10.03 g of essential amino acids and 4.25 g of BCAAs. The full amino breakdown is printed on the pack.
What is the protein-to-calorie ratio?
18.5 g of protein per 100 calories, a 0.185 ratio. About 74% of its calories come from protein.
Is it vegetarian? Is it dairy-free?
It's 100% vegetarian with a green dot, and has no dairy ingredients. It is made in a facility that also processes milk, soy and nuts, so if you have a severe allergy, please take that into account.
Can women take it? Is it a "women's protein"?
It's for any adult who needs more protein. The added calcium, magnesium, zinc, K2, B12 and biotin are nutrients many Indian diets run short on, regardless of gender. If you're pregnant or lactating, check with your doctor first.
How many servings a day?
One scoop a day, or as suggested by your health professional. Don't exceed the daily recommended usage. If you're pregnant, lactating or managing a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Where is it made?
By Koshika Wellness Pvt. Ltd. at IMT Manesar, Haryana, in a GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certified facility, with quality checks and third-party testing on every batch.
