Returns and Refunds Policy

Purchases made from the online store of www.proto360.in are non-returnable after delivery, given the consumable nature of our products. This is in accordance with standard food safety and hygiene practices — once a nutraceutical or food product has been delivered, it cannot be restocked or resold.

We offer full replacement of products that are received damaged in transit, defective in packaging, or materially different from what was ordered. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the issue via communication over email, phone, or WhatsApp.

To be eligible for a replacement, please share a clear photograph or video of the damaged/defective product along with the outer packaging and shipping label. This helps us process your request quickly and also improve our packaging and logistics.

Replacement or refund requests will be processed only if the query is raised within 3 (three) days of the order being delivered. Any queries or concerns raised beyond 3 days from the order delivery date will not be entertained.

In the event that a replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, we will process a full refund to your original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order is applicable only before the order has been shipped. You can visit the “My Account” section on www.proto360.in to check your order status.


If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped but before delivery, a cancellation fee of ₹200 will be charged. This is done to fairly compensate our courier partners for forward and reverse logistics. You can reach out to our customer support team to cancel an order after it has been shipped.


Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.


Orders placed through quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platform and not this Policy. Please refer to the respective platform’s terms for cancellation and refund procedures.
